Since most of the customer’s programs were built on the .NET platform, we were able to quickly offer quality programmers and start working together. Even though there was very little documentation for the programs, through “reverse engineering” we quickly became familiar with the systems features and began programming new functionality. Over the course of several years of cooperation, we worked on various projects, such as a comprehensive CRM solution, a ticketing system, an intranet portal or a web application for claims handling. As part of the development process, we also offered the client a “code review” along with optimization of already completed functions and their documentation.

Programming of Microsoft SQL DTS database packages to import more than ten types of text and csv files containing invoice information. Individual invoices can be edited in the existing PES2 solution that we implemented and currently manage for over 9 years. We also implemented the creation of the invoices themselves into PDF files that were distributed to the individual Citroën dealerships (including DS). We created a repsonsive web application for distribution.

We offer the client our product Redque, which is used for automatic data extraction from various types of scanned documents. For the client’s needs, we performed the initial learning of the recognition model and modified the export plugin to match the required Helios Orange structure.

Simplification has been achieved by integrating several systems into one dashboard, which provides the operator with a comprehensive overview and thus speeds up the resolution of typical situations. The application also now offers statistics and reports. Both versions of the application (desktop and web) use only one code and their user interface is therefore generated in real time.

We used the core of our Redque product, which can monitor a defined folder and wait for one or more documents to arrive. The format of the incoming document is PDF with no additional metadata sources. The application extracts the required items from the incoming document. The important items in this case are the invoice number and the dealer number. According to these identification data, the invoice is included in the file structure. Next, the document is electronically signed and transmitted to the dealer.

Calendar and tasks in Netgenium are synchronized between the server and the mobile device. In the Android OS, a special type of account is created for this purpose, to which a synchronization adapter is created. The synchronization takes place automatically in the background, is secure and minimizes data transfer requirements thanks to the use of compression. The adapter is available for several different versions of the Android OS to make it available to the widest possible number of users.
