Solution

We used the core of our Redque product, which can monitor a defined folder and wait for one or more documents to arrive. The format of the incoming document is PDF with no additional metadata sources. The application extracts the required items from the incoming document. The important items in this case are the invoice number and the dealer number. According to these identification data, the invoice is included in the file structure. Next, the document is electronically signed and transmitted to the dealer.
