DPD CZ was looking for a reliable partner to support its existing software solutions and at the same time develop new features. As an integral part of the support, a guaranteed response time was required so that in case of unexpected problems the partner would be able to respond flexibly.
Since most of the customer’s programs were built on the .NET platform, we were able to quickly offer quality programmers and start working together. Even though there was very little documentation for the programs, through “reverse engineering” we quickly became familiar with the systems features and began programming new functionality.
Over the course of several years of cooperation, we worked on various projects, such as a comprehensive CRM solution, a ticketing system, an intranet portal or a web application for claims handling. As part of the development process, we also offered the client a “code review” along with optimization of already completed functions and their documentation.
