The QR Invoice Reader performs automatic extraction of the inserted QR code. The output is an export string allowing further processing, e.g. in an economic program. The system also recognizes the different code of QR Invoice and QR Payment. Both QR codes can be correctly recognised and identified. When a QR Payment is retrieved, the user is then informed about missing data, such as the identification of the payer and the customer, or the due date. A correctly loaded QR Invoice contains all the necessary billing data required for export to an accounting program and for further processing (ISDOC document).

We designed an attractive microsite for the bartending event that contained all the necessary features, including the registration system. The guests could register for either the whole event or only for particular seminars that they were interested in.

We used SQL Server Reporting Services to show these statistics, particularly sales performance (real versus planned), service operations, salesmen evaluation, cell phone or car utilization, etc. At the end of a project, it contains these major components: Data warehouse, which is SQL server database, that contains cleansed and consistent data related to sales, invoicing, service and operations processes. It includes a history of former systems. Reports displaying Salesmen performance overview, sales statistics, Service activities overview etc. Data pumps. Data were loaded directly from SharePoint content database, including all relations. The warehouse is synchronized every half an hour, so users get their data almost real-time. Another part of the data is taken from the accounting system.

In the form of a web application, we have made a database of all vehicles produced and sold available to dealers so that they can search for all the tyre combinations suitable for a specific vehicle by VIN code. The database contains a lot of records, so it was necessary to optimize the speed so that users could get the data immediately and not have to wait.

We have developped an application for receiving specially formatted SMS messages for Android smartphone. The app forwards the received data from the field to a web service that checks and automatically corrects the data if there is an error or typo on the part of the message sender. The data is then stored in a database for later processing.

We created a web application design similar to a whiteboard (used by the company back then). The user interface was designed to be similar to the manual system, allowing users to easily switch to the new software. An escalation rule and an automatic email notification have also been set up.

Since most of the customer’s programs were built on the .NET platform, we were able to quickly offer quality programmers and start working together. Even though there was very little documentation for the programs, through “reverse engineering” we quickly became familiar with the systems features and began programming new functionality. Over the course of several years of cooperation, we worked on various projects, such as a comprehensive CRM solution, a ticketing system, an intranet portal or a web application for claims handling. As part of the development process, we also offered the client a “code review” along with optimization of already completed functions and their documentation.

Programming of Microsoft SQL DTS database packages to import more than ten types of text and csv files containing invoice information. Individual invoices can be edited in the existing PES2 solution that we implemented and currently manage for over 9 years. We also implemented the creation of the invoices themselves into PDF files that were distributed to the individual Citroën dealerships (including DS). We created a repsonsive web application for distribution.
