The company 3ada s.r.o. asked us to develop an application for project management. The application was intended to allow the management of a network of customers and suppliers including their brands, addresses and contacts, with files uploaded to the cloud under each brand to be easily accessible for sharing. The main function of the application was to manage the process of individual projects, create and receive purchase orders and create invoice records for review. This was a contract for a major player in the POS marketing field, working with local and multinational companies to help them produce and install point-of-sale signage. The projects thus required a number of activities to be combined and interlinked. From project set-up to project management, cooperation with graphic designers and manufacturers to subsequent invoicing and implementation. Until now, all of these operations were done in Excel, which became unsustainable as the company grew.
