Speeding up the delivery process of the demonstration vehicle
The ordering of demonstration vehicles was done using a desktop application only on the client’s internal network. The responsible person had to receive orders by email or phone and process them manually. The challenge was to convert the desktop app to a web-based environment.
We designed a web application that looks similar to the desktop app, but simplifies the entire ordering process. It’s easily accessible to the dealer network even though it works with sensitive internal information. We automated the workflow so that all stakeholders can easily perform the necessary actions directly in the application.
