Challenge

Allow users to set the classification of an email according to the level of confidentiality directly at the moment they send the email. They would then not have to deal with this setting in another system or application.

Solution

We have created an addin for Microsoft Outlook that provides users with a bar for selecting the level of confidentiality directly in the “Write Email” window. With the confidentiality setting, the appropriate text is also automatically added to the body of the message so that the recipient is also immediately informed.
