Moravian Fishing Association
Nature-related industries such as fishermen, hunters and others are not exactly known for their level of digitalization and progressive approach. However, we were approached by the Moravian Fishermen’s Association to help them innovate processes that will make issuing permits and registering members easier.
The result is the MORS II web application, but everything started with a detailed analysis of the project, during which we focused on the client’s specific needs. We divided the application into three parts:
Administration – a section dedicated to setting up new members, membership bases, price lists, fishing rings and more.
Permit management – thanks to it, individual fishing bases issue membership cards themselves. The module is also used for the sale and invoicing of permits. Individual members have the possibility of online management of fishing cards.
Interface for the fishing guards – a unique interface for mobile phones on the Czech scene, which is used by the fishing guards during inspections. Checks are carried out on the basis of a unique QR code that every member in the association receives.
Information systems of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic
The Chamber of Deputies is a slightly different type of project… The applications already existed when the takeover took place, it was mainly about managing and upgrading them. As of 2019, we have developed over 20 apps for the Chamber of Deputies to facilitate the running of the lower house.
We’ve digitised Debate Applications and Apologies. Everything is passed to Open-data so the general public and journalists can access the data. We have also upgraded applications for registering property, buildings, people, access cards and more.
Food banks
We like to give space to projects that make sense. And the Czech Federation of Food Banks has long done great work where it is needed. They’ve just been struggling on the optimization level lately and needed help improving the logistics of package dispensing.
We’ve consolidated all the important steps into one system and connected individual banks, social workers and citizens in need. Only authenticated users at the level of food banks and social workers have access to the internal system. Everything looks incredibly simple.
- A food bank worker creates a dispensing point.
- Sets criteria (children × seniors, food intolerances, etc.).
- Assigns specific people eligible for a package
At the end of the process, everything is exported and in a simple excel spreadsheet to the dispensing site. This gives the dispensing staff themselves a clear overview of who gets what. Thank you for this opportunity!
Internal system for multilevel sales
A representative of the quality Swiss cosmetics company JUST CS asked us to manage their JUSTIS application. What was it about? We didn’t know that ourselves at the beginning. Taking over a job that has already been done requires a sensitive approach, in-depth analysis and discussions with the client.
The result is a complex operational system with connections to external tools such as Mailchimp, SMS Gateway, Bank ID and more. The tag system makes it easy for salespeople to navigate, plus everything runs in the cloud.
But what we like the most is the Training module. In it, salespeople set up their own events to which they assign parameters (prices, discounts, bonuses, surveys, reporting). For others, the option to sign up for training works here.
Subaru import management system
The current importer of Subaru cars has been struggling with a long-standing problem – their outdated and cluttered system has long been out of step with the demands of modern times. This was a challenge! And at MEMOS Software, we took it on with vigour.
Under our hands, agile development resulted in a system that matched the client’s requirements:
- Efficient management and ordering of new vehicles
- Recording and distribution of spare parts
- Support of processes related to warranty repairs and servicing
- Clear interface for dealers and internal team
And now we are done. The development itself took about a year and we couldn’t have done it without the cooperation of our client. Subaru CR got a comprehensive tool to replace their existing fragmented solutions and streamline processes across all levels of sales.
