Cookies
When you browse our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the site, and which site you came from. We consider the use of cookies to measure website traffic and customize the display of web pages to be in our legitimate interest as a controller, as we believe that this enables us to offer you even better services.
Cookies for advertising targeting will only be processed with your consent.
Our website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer in your internet browser.
Do Not Track feature
Some web browsers include a Do Not Track feature. This feature signals to the websites you visit that you do not want your online activities tracked. Tracking is different from using and collecting data in connection with websites. For these purposes, tracking means collecting data that can be used to identify a person, and this data is continuously collected from consumers who move between different websites when they visit or use individual websites or internet services. The way browsers transmit the Do Not Track signal is still not uniform. For this reason, this website is not yet equipped to interpret or respond to Do Not Track signals sent by your browser. However, we track personal data in limited quantities and within the framework of the principles described here.
Data security
We ensure the security of the data you provide to us on computer servers in a controlled and secure environment, where the data is protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We apply appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure of personal data entrusted to us and under our control. However, the security of data transmission over the Internet or wireless networks can never be fully guaranteed, so despite our efforts to protect your personal data, you must be aware that
- in terms of security and privacy, the internet has limitations that are beyond our control;
- complete security, integrity, and privacy cannot be guaranteed for individual or all data and information transferred between you and our website;
- Despite all our efforts, third parties may view or manipulate any data during its transfer.
Data security breach
If we learn of a breach of the security of our websites or the disclosure of user personal data to unaffiliated third parties as a result of external activity, which may include, among other things, security attacks or fraud, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures, including, among other things, investigation, reporting, notification of security authorities, and cooperation with those authorities. In the event of a data breach, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the individuals concerned if we believe there is a reasonable risk of harm to the user as a result of the breach, or if notification is otherwise required by law. If we decide to notify you, we will do so by email.
Disclosure of data for legal purposes
We will disclose any information we have collected, received, or handled if required or permitted by law, for example, to comply with a court order or similar legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our safety, or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request. If we become a different business entity, for example, through a merger or acquisition by another company, or if we sell all or part of our assets, it is likely that your personal data and user account will be included in the assets that are transferred to the ownership of another company.
Changes and amendments
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time at our discretion. We will notify you of any material changes in the way we treat personal information. If a change occurs, we will update the date of the last change at the bottom of this page. At our discretion, we may also notify you of the change in other ways, such as through the contact information you have provided to us. Unless otherwise specified, any updated version of this Privacy Policy will take effect immediately upon posting of the revised policy. By using our website or services after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy (or other action that will apply at that time), you agree to the changes. However, we will not treat your personal data in a manner that is materially different from the manner that was in effect at the time your personal data was collected without your consent.
Adoption of policies
By continuing to browse our website, you confirm that you have read these principles and agree to all of their terms and conditions. By using our website or its services, you agree to comply with these principles. Otherwise, you are not authorized to continue browsing our website or using its services.
