Prototype

In IT terms, a prototype usually refers to an incomplete version of software that is used to test concepts, features and user interface. A prototype can be used as a tool to quickly validate an idea or concept before full development begins. This reduces the risk of the developed product being ultimately rejected or underused. Prototyping also allows you to respond quickly to feedback from customers and tailor development to their needs. Prototyping is used in IT, for example, in the development of websites, mobile applications, or IoT.
